More of a rough guide than a recipe. Add or remove whatever you like, except perhaps the potatoes.
- small potatoes, quartered, or bigger cut into 2–3cm lumps
- mushrooms, roughly chopped if you want
- onion, sliced as coarse or fine as you prefer
- garlic, crushed or sliced
- crumbled or cubed feta
- olive oil
- ⅓–½ cup stock
- ⅓–½ cup wine
Toss together everything except the stock and wine. Place in a baking dish. Carefully pour over the stock and wine.
Bake at 200–220C for 30–50 minutes depending on your oven, the potatoes, etc.
